Complete the Dual Admissions form. Fill out the form below and upload unofficial copies of your transcripts to receive an evaluation and connect with your UIC Dual Admissions Pathway Advisor.

Follow your personalized pathway. Your UIC Dual Admissions Pathway Advisor will work with your Community College Advisor to guide you through your ADN and UIC BSN courses.

Earn your ADN & UIC BSN. At the appropriate time, your Advising Team will direct you to submit the UIC Dual Admissions Pathway application and submit official transcripts to UIC.

Students earning their ADN at Black Hawk College, Carl Sandburg College, College of Lake County, Lewis and Clark Community College, Malcolm X College (City Colleges of Chicago), or Waubonsee Community College are eligible to participate in Dual Admissions Pathway Program.
